Aisha Jamila Hinch is an American actress, best popular for her work on TV series The Shield and True Blood. Her versatility has been demonstrated since 2003 by delivering outstanding performances on TV shows like 9-1-1 Detroit 1, 1-8-7 and Under the Dome. In 2005, she received attention by her character Anna In Assault on Precinct 13 However it was her performance as feminist activist Fannie Lou Hamer from the documentary film All the Way that finally gave her acclaim as an actor.
